FINALLY! An afternoon at the park. Okay, it was freezing, but still we were outside and the kids had a blast running around with their friends yesterday. Until Ellie decided she had to use the bathroom VERY badly, and then we packed it up and headed home.
Of course it was difficult to rally Owen, who was way off in the corner of the baseball field with his friend Celia. I walked all the way over there to tell him it was time to go, and he told me to leave them alone. Then Celia interjected, "Owen and I just got married, and we were about to start the honeymoon... until you and Ellie showed up". Well, I guess it's a good thing we did.

- Mike and I were married in October of 1998... Hard to believe it's been 11 years already! We had Owen in April of 2004, and Ellie in August of 2006. It's been a fast-paced, fun, exciting, and sometimes challenging (remember when Owen didn't sleep through the night for almost a year?) adventure. But it's going by SO quickly! We decided to start this blog to capture (and share) our adventures. And so that we don't forget anything along the way! If we haven't heard from you in a while, touch base!
