Went to a sprinkler park in Venice this morning, and then to Sharky's for lunch (Owen's pick) and some more beach time. Afterwards we did a little shopping in downtown Venice, and then stopped for orange ice cream at Nakomis Groves.We both miss Daddy and Ellie. Owen reported that he misses his sister "a bit" and Daddy "a LOT", but I hear Ellie is having a terrific time in VT with Nanny, Poppa, and Daddy. Sounds like she went to the farmer's market this morning and has been helping Poppa pick vegetables in his garden. We're looking forward to seeing them and hearing all about their week!
